Service Description
The Merfolk Pod of Seattle is meeting for an open swim session at the Juanita Aquatics Center! All merfolk, regardless of skill level, are invited to join in on the fun. Splash around in the shallow end or sink into our 12.5' dive well. Our home pool features multiple lanes of swim space and stairs descending into the deep end for increased accessibility. Swimmers must have completed a swim test with The Seattle Mermaid School at one of our PADI Discover Mermaid experiences or weekly Apprentice Mermaid lesson prior to registering for this Open Swim experience. No Mermaid Instructor will be available to participants during this open swim session, however there will be lifeguards on duty. More information on this swim test and Open Swim scheduling is available on the Pod Discord. To help us better anticipate turn out and streamline our check-in process, day-of ticket sales for this event will increase to the rate of $15. Tickets will be sold at the door at the increased rate.
